Our salads make great appetizers, sides, or meals. We serve the following dressings: Buttermilk Ranch, Light Italian, Classic Caesar, Blue Cheese, Thousand Island, French, Poppy seed, our homemade Spicy Honey Mustard, and our secret recipe Pat'i Dressing (try it!).

PONTCHARTRAIN SALAD
Spring mix of greens topped with mandarin orange slices,
chopped walnuts and poppy seed dressing.

CAESAR SALAD
Fresh crisp Romaine lettuce with our classic Caesar dressing and
tossed with crumbled bacon, croutons, and shredded Parmesan cheese.

PAT'I SALAD
Crisp Iceberg and Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, tossed with shredded
red cabbage and carrots, topped with purple onions,
shredded cheddar, and chopped walnuts. Your choice of dressing.

The PONTCHARTRAIN, CAESAR and PAT'I SALADS
can be topped with one of the following:
Grilled Shrimp, Fried Shrimp, Grilled Chicken Breast, Fried Chicken, or Grilled Tuna.

PETITE GARDEN SALAD
Mixed greens with tomato wedges. Just the right size to go with a
sandwich or baked potato. Your choice of dressing.
